This cosy semi-detached chalet of 103m² built in 2020 is decorated with elegance and refinement. The living room, equipped with a wood burning stove, offers a breathtaking view of the village and the surrounding mountains.

The living room also has a fully equipped kitchen, a reading corner and a dining area for 8 people.

It has 4 bedrooms for 2 people, including a master bedroom with a dressing room and a private bathroom.

Opposite the lake of Vonnes, the "Chalets de Vonnes" are located 5 minutes walk from the centre of Châtel and its shops. The Vonnes ski slopes are only a 3-minute walk away.
The bus stop at Lac de Vonnes is 100 metres away and offers free shuttle service to the Super-Châtel, Pré-La-Joux and Linga ski areas.

OPTIONS

• Final cleaning: included in the posted rate. The final cleaning does not include the kitchen, the dishes and the garbage; a supplement of 80€ will be charged to the tenants in case this is not respected.

• Cancellation insurance: optional at a rate of 4% of the rent.
• Châtel Multipass Activities/Outings/Culture/Sport/Family in Summer: optional for €3 per person per day.
