The "Calèche" apartment is part of an authentic farmhouse that has been completely renovated in the typical mountain spirit of yesteryear, while offering modern facilities and comfort. You will enjoy an atmosphere that combines tradition and conviviality.

This well-equipped apartment can comfortably accommodate 8 people, thanks to its 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and its surface area of 120m² on two floors.
The lower floor houses the fully equipped kitchen and dining area, in a warm and traditional decor, with a bedroom and bathroom. The upper floor includes a comfortable living room and the other bedrooms.

On sunny days, you can enjoy the large west-facing terrace, which guarantees unforgettable moments over a good meal.

This apartment is located at the end of the Roitet road, in a quiet area, on the sunny side of Petit-Châtel, 1km from the centre and 1.5km from the Super-Châtel ski lifts. You can walk to the centre in 15 minutes to enjoy the shops, restaurants and bars, or take the free shuttle bus which stops 50 metres away to reach the various lifts in the resort.


OPTIONS

•Final cleaning: optional on request for 150€. The final cleaning does not include the kitchen, the dishes and the garbage; a supplement of 80€ will be charged to the tenants in case this is not respected.
•Linen: optional, on request at a rate of 23€ per person (sheets and towels).
•Beds made on arrival: optional, on request at the rate of 5€ per person.
•Cancellation insurance: optional at a rate of 4% of the rent.

•Snow tyres / chains are required during the winter season.
•Tourist tax: in addition, rate of 2.30€ per night and per adult (from 18 years old). To be paid on arrival.
•Animals: not allowed.
