The apartment "Vonnes 16" is a triplex apartment , on 3 floors, located in the sunny area of Vonnes and close to the lake of the same name.

This apartment , with its traditional Savoyard decoration, can comfortably accommodate 6 people thanks to its 4 bedrooms, its living room with a large corner sofa and its total surface of 77m².

It offers a magnificent view of the valley and you can enjoy its excellent exposure from the balcony equipped with a dining table.

Ideally located in a quiet area, the residence is only 400 metres from the village centre, shops (supermarket, bakery, sports shops...) and restaurants. You will enjoy family walks around the lake of Vonnes all year round (easily accessible with a pushchair or a wheelchair).

You can choose between the Super-Châtel lifts (800m) in the centre or the Vonnes lifts (700m - Super-Châtel / Linga link). For more convenience, you can take the free shuttle bus which stops at the foot of the residence.


OPTIONS

•Final cleaning: optional on request at a rate of 120€. The final cleaning does not include the kitchen, the dishes and the garbage; a supplement of 80€ will be charged to the tenants if this is not respected.
•Linen: optional, on request at a rate of 23€ per person (sheets and towels).
•Beds made on arrival: optional, on request at the rate of 5€ per person.
•Cancellation insurance: optional at a rate of 4% of the rent.
•Châtel Multipass Activities/Outings/Culture/Sport/Family in Summer: optional for €3 per person per day.
