This is a standalone chalet spread over three floors, featuring six bedrooms and five bathrooms. Four of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, while two bedrooms share a single bathroom. The chalet comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests and was fully renovated in 2022.

The spacious living area includes a wood-burning stove and large bay windows offering panoramic views of Châtel and the surrounding mountains.

The Super-Châtel ski lifts are located about 370 meters from the chalet and are easily accessible on foot. This area of the resort is the meeting point of the ESF ski school, offering lessons for children and young learners from the age of 5.

The village center, with its shops, restaurants, bars, and cafés, is just a few minutes' walk away. The indoor play area "Zoetim Kid’Aventure," for children aged 1 to 12, is less than 300 meters from the chalet.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
• Parking: Difficult access for cars with low ground clearance. The private driveway is steep and requires reversing to exit.

• Winter Tires/Chains: Mandatory during the winter season.
• Tourist Tax: €2.30 per night per adult (18+), payable upon arrival.
